Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrapping and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
